Lean Culture Formation

Lean Culture can not be created by tools alone. Lean Manufacturing, in a narrow sense, focuses on lean tools and the target audience are engineers and trainers.

Our team realize that lean manufacturing would not be able to sustain. We refer to the work of lean culture of two authors to create our internal system. These two books are Creating a Lean Culture (David Mann) and Developing a Lean Workforce (Rick Harris and Chris Harris).
