Thank you for the comprehensive list! I already use quite a few of those on a daily basis, and they're helpful for by my work and for my learning. You mentioned quite a few that I'll have to check out. I'd like to briefly mention a note taking software called NoteScribe, which I think you would find useful. Maybe you could use it on next year's list.
