This is the one of the best presentation skills I have ever seen lately. As a Toastmaster member, the presenter, Guan Eng, has delivered his speech with inclusive statement, sincerity and passionate.
The speaker's passion and emotional connection with his audience is absolute. His pacing, sentence length and word choice are very powerful. The pause is used to good effect. And his use of language to show inclusiveness is a master stroke. Peter Presentation Skills Training
