When I was working with Pfizer Malaysia, the IT Director, Tan You Hoe, implemented MOBILE LEARNING. Each of the Medical Sales Personnel is given a PDA for their business transaction as well as mobile learning for medical knowledge and medical training test (Evaluation Level Two).
