IMHO, most employees work in silo. Clock in and out and do their jobs. Web 2.0 and the advance of Knowledge Management provide the platform, ideas and tools to connect the people.
At work, I am mobilizing people through many collaborative ways:
- Operation review (monthly meeting with the whole department)
- Internal Blogging
- Job Function Review (New) - Wiki
- Sharing big picture, vision and strategies
