Facilitation Skills
I am going to share my facilitation skills to my team next month. As a HRD Department, we need to interact with many parties, from operator to COO. One of the skills the team must equip is Facilitation skills. I have used it for Post Mortem, Project Management, Team Conflict, Team Facilitation, Department collaboration.
