I have visited Maxis Academy Malaysia last weekend. The Academy Center has the most advanced and well through training facilities I have ever seen. The beauty of the Center is the effort of Training Department to make the place a learning space. You have to see it to believe it!
One of the interestign feature they have is to bring Learning and coaching vis Second Life.
