Nigel Paine states "ultimately learners need to take control of their own learning destinies and use the resources available to maintain and develop their skills and competence".
I see not may people read after working. I wonder how they can grow beyond their workplace. Sadly, they don't know what they don;t know. I guess, they are not aware the opportunity cost of un-reading.
