Employee First Customer Second
I like the concept of Employee First. If we care about our employees, they will in turn care about our customers. I thnk Employees are Queens and Customers are Kings. In my last two years, I have putted great effort in
coaching, appreciate theor effort, listen to their inputs, and focus on their strength. As a results of that, they demonstrated more passion and commitment at work.
