Skype for online real time messaging
Wiki for create, install, edit and store information through journal style
Blogger for department announcement and sharing
Flickr for event photo sharing
Slideshare for shairng of power point or adobe document
Mecanbe for sharing of goal setting and progress
Technorati for Blog search
