Preface: High Performance Through  Learning

1. How can we create an innovative curricula and courses?
 
2. Learning at Accenture is changing people's lives, both professionally and personally.
    How can we do that?

   We have implemented Lean manufacturing. Teaching the manufacturing folks in many lean tools
  
3. How do we align learning strategy to organization business strategy?
    People leadership to build motivated workforce
    QPP to enhance employee engagement
    Supply Chain improve to drive cost down and streamlining business processes (external help)
  
4. How can we use learning programs for major business impact, and can run learning like business.

Prior 2000, accenture spent USD 700 Million in annual training globally!
