Patrick Awuah is a far sighted man. He sacrifices his comfortable life style in US by returning to his home country in Africa. He mentioned that the chnage of Africa is in the efort of cultivating future leaders. In the same manner, I believe the nation strength is in the effort of companies, NGO, government and schools to development leaders. As Training manger, I believe the HRD profession can play a big part in developing leaders for company growth.
